MCP lets an agent discover tools and their input schemas, then call the matching ScrapeAtlas endpoints. You keep the source fields, pagination and coverage information returned by the API.
Yes. Connect to https://api.scrapeatlas.com/mcp with your ScrapeAtlas customer API key using the configuration above.
The current implementation uses Streamable HTTP with an Authorization: Bearer header. A client must support both. OAuth-only connectors and clients that require a local stdio process are not supported in this preview.
No. Use your ScrapeAtlas customer API key in the connection header. Tool calls use the same account limits and usage accounting as API requests. Never include the key in a prompt, tool argument or URL.
No. Retrieval is bounded by each endpoint. Inspect coverage and status, and use only the returned cursor for another page where supported. A partial response contains usable data with known omissions.
The tool list is generated from the same endpoint catalog and request contracts as the API. New cataloged endpoints are included when the MCP service is updated. Availability follows the underlying platform; a tool listing is not a guarantee that a source is reachable.
