- One public profile, Spotlight video or Lens per detail request.
- Feed limit accepts 1 to 100; profile collections, related records and comments return at most 100 records, and each story returns at most 1,000 snaps.
- Spotlight and Lens URLs are at most 4,096 characters. Comment cursors are opaque and accept at most 8,192 decoded bytes.
- Four active retrieval slots, up to eight queued requests with a 10-second queue wait, a 25-second total retrieval deadline and at most six upstream HTTP attempts.
- At most 8 MiB decoded source bytes, nesting depth 64 and 250,000 examined source nodes per request.
- Media, thumbnail, preview and Snapcode URLs are returned as data.
- Search queries contain 1 to 50 characters. Topic slugs contain 1 to 64 letters, digits or hyphens. Search returns at most 100 sections, 100 results per section and 100 Spotlight cards; topic collections return at most 100 videos and 100 breadcrumb items.
- Repeated source comment structures, including reactions and attachment payloads, contain at most 100 entries.
