1. Who to contact
ScrapeAtlas is operated by OD. Media & Technology LLC, License No. 2431901.01, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For questions or requests about public-source information, email admin@fddigital.net. You may also contact us as an authorized representative, including on behalf of a child.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. That policy also explains customer accounts, service providers, international processing and operational records.
2. What a request can return
A customer selects a supported endpoint and supplies inputs such as a profile identifier, post link or search phrase. Our platform-specific retrieval services read the supported public source and return the fields described in the documentation. The source may be a platform page, a public interface or, for documented discovery features, a search index.
Depending on that source and endpoint, information can include published names and handles, profile descriptions, public contact details, links and image references; the text of posts, comments, reviews or published transcripts; and visible counts or other source metadata. Public business or community pages can also contain information about identifiable people. A response may concern someone mentioned in a post, as well as its author.
3. Public visibility has limits
The service retrieves the supported information available without a source-platform account login. It does not provide private inboxes or account-only content, and customers do not give us their platform passwords for retrieval. Restricted fields, unavailable records and incomplete pages are reported according to each endpoint's coverage.
Someone can publish sensitive information about themselves or another person on a public page. Its appearance there does not mean that every later use is appropriate or lawful. Our Terms of Service prohibit uses such as harassment, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, biometric-identification databases and profiling individuals by sensitive characteristics.
4. Platform independence and third-party rights
ScrapeAtlas is an independent service. Listing a platform, using its name or displaying its logo identifies the source or supported integration; it does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or authorization by that platform. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Publicly accessible does not mean public domain, unrestricted access or permission to copy. Copyright, database rights, trademarks, privacy rights and applicable source-platform terms may govern access and reuse. An API response, a documented endpoint or payment for ScrapeAtlas does not grant a licence to third-party content or establish that a particular collection or use is lawful. Customers must obtain any required permissions and assess their intended use; this does not remove our own obligations for the processing and access we undertake.
Customers must not use ScrapeAtlas to bypass login requirements, paywalls or access restrictions, or to continue access that they are not authorized to undertake. See our use restrictions. We may restrict or discontinue retrieval where necessary to address legal, rights-holder or platform concerns.
5. Platform and rights-holder complaints
Platform operators, content owners and their authorized representatives can send complaints or requests concerning access, intellectual property or other rights to admin@fddigital.net. Please identify the platform, the specific source URLs or identifiers and affected ScrapeAtlas endpoint if known, the right or access restriction concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, the action requested and a reply address. Explain the basis of the concern and provide only the evidence needed to assess it. Do not send credentials or unnecessary personal information.
We will review the concern, request clarification where needed and respond as required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, action may include restricting or disabling affected retrieval, suspending misuse, or contacting the relevant customer. Urgent legal or security concerns may require action while a review is pending. We will explain the outcome and the scope of any action we take. This contact process does not limit any statutory notice procedure, remedy or right to contact a regulator or court.
We cannot edit a source platform or promise removal of copies held independently by others. This notice does not claim platform authorization, a statutory safe harbour, or immunity from third-party claims.
6. Purpose and responsibility
ScrapeAtlas supplies request-time retrieval for applications, integrations and research. Customers choose what to request and decide how to use the results. They must establish a lawful basis for their own processing, respect source rights and terms, and respond to privacy requests concerning their products.
We are responsible for processing whose purposes and means we determine, including administration of the service and handling requests under this notice. Roles for an agreed customer workload depend on the processing involved and any applicable data-processing agreement.
Where applicable law permits a legitimate-interests basis, the relevant interest is enabling lawful research and integration with public sources. Reliance on that basis requires necessity and a balance against the rights and interests of affected people. Where another basis or additional protection is required, public visibility alone does not supply it. You can ask us about the basis applicable to the particular processing you are concerned about.
7. Where information goes and how long it stays
The retrieval service processes source information for the current request and returns it to the requesting customer. Infrastructure and network providers handle information needed to carry out that request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Our retrieval workers do not keep a response cache, searchable collection or archive of platform content.
Structural usage records are separate from source content and follow the retention policy in our Privacy Policy. If you contact us, we retain the information needed to handle your request and document its outcome, subject to applicable obligations. Customers may keep their own copies of responses; their retention and subsequent disclosures are their responsibility.
8. Make a privacy request
Email admin@fddigital.net with the platform name, the public profile or content link (or identifier), and a short explanation of your concern. Tell us whether you want information about processing, correction, deletion, restricted use, or to object to your information being returned through ScrapeAtlas. Include a way for us to reply. A ScrapeAtlas account, subscription or payment is not required.
Send only what is needed to locate the information and understand your request. Do not send passwords, API keys or identity documents with your initial message. If verification is necessary, we will ask for proportionate evidence of your identity or authority.
We will assess the request under applicable law and respond within its required timeframe. We will explain the outcome, any necessary next steps and any legal or practical limits. You can also complain to the data-protection authority competent for your situation. The availability and scope of particular rights depend on the law that applies.
9. Source changes and requests to stop retrieval
You can ask us to stop returning information relating to you through the request process above. We will assess the processing concerned and explain what action we can take. Requests are reviewed individually. We will confirm the scope and timing of any restriction, including any limits affecting information available through other sources.
Only the source platform or its authorized users can change the original page. Making a post private, correcting it or deleting it there can affect later retrieval, but search indexes and other public copies may update at different times. We cannot guarantee when every source will reflect a change. If a customer has already copied a result into its own service, you should also raise your request with that customer.
10. Keeping this notice current
We will revise this page when relevant practices change and update the date above. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by law. Contact admin@fddigital.net if you need clarification about this notice or help directing a request.
